摘要
采用HPLC方法测定卷柏及炮制品中穗花杉双黄酮的含量。方法:Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(65∶35);流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:337 nm;柱温:25℃。实验结果表明,卷柏生品中穗花杉双黄酮的含量为0.84%,焦卷柏为1.07%,卷柏炭为0.53%。不同的炮制方法对穗花杉双黄酮的含量产生不同的影响。
The objective of this study is to determine the concentrations of amentoflavone in Selaginella tamacina and different processed products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The HPLC separation was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODSoolunm (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) and detected with DAD at the wavelength 337 ran. The isocratic elution was carried out with methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid in water (65: 35) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/mln at 25℃. The results indicated that the concentrations of amentoflavone detected in S. tamariscina,fried S. Tamariscina and S. tamariscina coke were 0.84% ,1.07% and 0.53% respectively. Different processing methods caused the different concentrations of amentoflavone in these samples.
