摘要
建立高效液相色谱测定不同产地叶下珠中叶下珠素含量的方法.采用色谱柱SinoChrom ODS柱,通过考察HPLC的检测波长和流动相,确定检测波长为230nm,流动相MeOH—H2O(体积比80:20),等梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/min.结果表明,叶下珠素在2.72~136μg/mL时,叶下珠素质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=27.284x+19.804(r=-0.9991),平均回收率可达98.26%.
HPLC method for determination of content of phyllanthin in Phyllanthus urinaria L. plant samples was collected from different resourses. The HPLC of UV detection and gradient elution was reviewed. Confirmed separation was carded out on an ODS column and mixture of methanol-water(80 : 20) as the mobile phase was used. The flowing rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection was affected at 230 nm. The experimental results showed that the assay displayed good linearity over the concentration range of 2.72- 136 μg/mL and the average recoverie was 98.26%.
