摘要
临床医学生的临床实习阶段是学生理论联系实践的桥梁,是培养学生临床理论、临床实际操作能力和临床思维能力的重要时期,教学管理工作非常重要。文章旨在对全日制临床医学生在医院实习期间教学管理所凸显的问题和解决路径进行研究,以探索合理的教学管理方法,提高教学效果。
clinical training is the bridge between theory and practice for students of clinical medicine major. It is a critical period to cultivate students＇ clinical theroy, operative abilities and clinical thinking abilities. Therefore teaching management is of great significance. This paper is aimed to study into the existing problems and possible solutions as to the teaching management during clinical training of full-time clinical major students, for the purpose of exploration into reasonable teaching management method and improved teaching effect.
