摘要
用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对红花槐、龙爪槐、国槐、紫穗槐、刺槐的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶同工酶进行分析研究 ,并采用排序法 ,对其亲缘关系进行比较 ,结果表明 :龙爪槐与国槐的亲缘关系较近 ;龙爪槐与紫穗槐、刺槐、红花槐都较远 ;
The isozymes of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase of Robinia hispida(1), \%Sophora japonica \%Linn.f.pendul loud(2),\%Amorpha fruticosa Linn.\%(3),\%Robinia pseudoacacia \%Linn.(4),\%Sophora japonica \%Linn.(5) were analysed by PAGE.Their relations are compared by the method of arranging them in order.The results showed that the relation between 2 and 5 is closer than that of and 1,3,4.In addition 1 and 4 are closely related too.
