摘要 对不同板栗品种的野外材料和愈伤组织的过氧化物同工酶进行研究,结果表明:过氧化物同工酶谱有其相似性又各有差异,华光Castanea mollissima cu. Huaguang和韶十八Castanea mollissima cv. Shaoshiba之间亲缘关系最近,其次是华光Castanea mollissima cv. Huaguang、安1 Castanea mollissima cv. An 1和焦扎Castanea mollissima cv Jiaozha,铁粒头Castanea mollissima cv Tielitou.和檀桥Castanea mollissima cv.Tanqiao之间亲缘关系较近,而檀桥Castanea mollissima cv. Tanqiao和红栗Castanea mollissima cv. Hongli之间亲缘关系最远;同一品种愈伤组织与野外材料的过氧化物同工酶谱的差异较大,谱带多的分化程度高。 A study was conducted of the POD isozyme of the materials and callus of different species of chestnut. The results show that the spectrums of their POD isozyme have both similarity and difference. Between Castanea mollissitna cv Huaguang and Castanea mollissima cv. Shaoshiba there is the closest relation of affinity. Among Castmaea mollissima cv. Huaguang. Castanea mollissima cv. An 1, Castanea mollissima cv jiaozha, Castanea mollissima cv Tielitou and Castanea mollissima cv. Tanqiao. the relation of affinity is rather close. But Castanea mollissima cv. Tanqiao and Castaneu mollissima cv. Hongli are far from each other in affinity. The spectrum of the materials and that of the callus, of the same species, are greatly different from each other. The more spectral bands are seen, the more differentiated the species are.
