摘要
外语教育规划,具有重要的战略意义。Bourdieu的"文化资本"概念,在"场域"理论的框架内,为文化提供了一个冲突的视角,对当前诸多教育不公现象,有一定的解析力。外语教育规划,本身作为制度化的文化资本的一部分,要逐渐趋于公平,需要确定"普及型的外语教育体系"以及"精英型的外语教育体系"的疆界;需要保证外语教育规划公平的制定和运作机制;更需要外语界的知识分子站在社会公平的立场,参与外语教育规划的过程,直接推动外语政策规划的社会公平。
Foreign language education planning exerts strategic impact on a society. Bourdieu' s "cultural capital" provides a perspective of the conflicts to explain many unequal phenomena in education. Foreign language education planning, as a kind of institutionalized "cultural capital", is required to approach equality gradually. This asks for a clear boundary between "foreign language education system for the public" and "foreign language education system for elite", a kind of mechanism that ensures the education equality, and intellectuals' responsibility in pushing forward equality while participating in foreign lan- gnage education planning.
