摘要
国家利益一直被视为具体的物质利益,但实际上文化因素对于国家利益的影响至关重要。国家利益是由表现为思想、原则和规范的国内和国际文化价值观的复杂互动来界定的。文化利益不仅是国家利益的组成部分,而且也以其道义目标和理想追求引领国家利益的方向。物质利益和文化利益既有一致性,也有矛盾性,处理好两者的矛盾,更加重视文化利益,将是今后的发展趋势。
National interests are often regarded as material interests in concrete terms. But culture as a matter of fact constitutes a most important factor shaping the interest of a nation, which is defined by complicated interactions between values of domestic and international culture in terms of ideas, principles, and regulations. The cultural interest not only serves as an integral part of national interests, but also guides the orientation of national interests with its morality and aspiration. There are both convergence and divergence between material interest and cultural interest. Properly dealing with their divergence while paying more attention to cultural interest will be the trend of development in the future.
