摘要
为了得到更好的喷墨印刷质量,可以通过改变墨滴体积、速度来实现。在喷墨印刷系统中,喷头控制系统对墨滴的改变、印刷图像的清晰度、纵向、横向的一致性等有着重要的影响。提出采用FPGA作为喷头驱动控制电路的核心器件,以高压驱动电路为辅助,实现对喷头打印的控制,上位机通过软件改变影响喷射墨滴的参数,进而通过控制改变参数,提高印刷质量,也将喷墨印刷系统可控化、智能化。经过分析研究,给出了在Quartus II 9.0开发环境下部分Verilog程序及相关仿真波形。
In order to get better ink-jet printing quality, it is necessary to change from the drop volume, speed, etc. Printhead control system has a crucial effect on the droplet change in inkjet printing system and also on the printed image clarity, vertical/horizontal consistency has an important influence. In this paper, using the FPGA as the core of a head drive control circuit devices to high-voltage driver circuit for the auxiliary, to achieve control of the printhead print, PC injection parameters drop affected by changing the software, and then through the change of control parameters, so as to improve the printing quality, and we adopted the inkjet printing system to improve the intelligence and controllability. Finally, this paper gives the relevant program of Verilog and simulation waveform in the programming environment of Quartus II 9.0.
