摘要
为了研究基于CCD、视觉技术下喷墨数字印刷质量检测与闭环控制系统的设计方法。基于CCD技术,能够依将喷墨数字印刷中图像信息转化为数字信息,并运用视觉技术,依据喷墨数字印刷数字图像进行质量检测,以确保提升该系统应用价值。结果证实,在CCD及其视觉技术支持下,优化设计喷墨数字印刷质量检测的闭环控制系统,使用中的系统协调性和重复性比较可靠性提升82.0%,发挥积极应用价值。结论表明,在设计喷墨数字印刷质量检测与闭环控制系统中,基于CCD及其视觉技术进行优化设计,并能够优化质量检测方法,对于提升系统应用性能发挥积极影响。
In order to study the quality inspection and closed loop control system based on CCD and visual technology, the design method of the system is studied. Based on CCD technology, the image information can be converted into digital information in ink jet digital printing, and the visual technology is applied to detect the quality of ink jet digital printing digital image to ensure the application value of the system. The results confirmed that, under the support of CCD and visual technology, the closed-loop control system for the optimization of the design of inkjet digital printing quality inspection, the system compatibility and repeatability of the system is improved by 82%, and play a positive application value. The conclusion shows that in the design of the digital print quality detection and closed-loop control system, based on CCD and its visual technology to optimize the design, and can optimize the quality detection method, to improve the application performance of the system to play a positive impact.
