摘要
文章通过对原料特点、氨纶丝性能、纺纱形式、上机工艺、预缩工艺等影响弹力面料的试验数据分析总结,探讨稳定弹性面料经纬缩水率的可行性方案,分析各类弹力面料风格特征,优化工艺,为高品质弹力牛仔面料的开发与生产提供参考。
Through the analysis of experimental data from the traints of raw materials, properties of spandex yarn, spinning form, loom technology and preshrinking technology, some feasible schemes of stabilizing warp and weft shrinkage of elastic fabric were analysed, which could optimaze process and provide some practical experience for development and production of high quality elastic fabrics.
