摘要
为开发经纬双向弹力牛仔布,整经工序张力设定偏大掌握,浆纱工序上浆率应达到10%,烘燥以低温烘干为主,在喷气织机上织造时,气压要稳定,防止出现经缩等疵点。通过在工艺、设备和操作上采取有效措施,织机效率达到85%,入库一等品率达到98.5%。
To develop double elastic jean, tension in warping process should be controlled bigger, 10% sizing percentage should be adopted in sizing process, lower temperature drying should be adopted in drying, stable air pressure should be adopted in weaving process of air-jet loom to avoid defects such as knees et al. Loom efficiency can reach 85% and first grade percentage put in storage can reach 98.5% through adopting effective measures in processing, equipments and operation.
