摘要
采用阻燃剂DM-3070对棉纱进行阻燃处理,研究了阻燃剂质量浓度、纱线浸渍时间、浸渍温度、烘燥温度对棉纱阻燃性能的影响。结果显示:在纱线浸渍时间为5 min、浸渍温度为20℃、烘燥温度为150℃条件下,阻燃剂质量浓度为200 g/L时,棉纱具有较好的阻燃性能;在阻燃剂质量浓度为200 g/L、纱线浸渍时间为5 min、浸渍温度为20℃条件下,烘燥温度为170℃、烘燥时间为1 min时,棉纱具有较好的阻燃性能;在阻燃剂质量浓度为200 g/L、纱线浸渍温度为20℃、烘燥温度为170℃、烘燥时间为1 min条件下,纱线浸渍时间为15 min时,棉纱具有较好的阻燃性能;在阻燃剂质量浓度为200 g/L、纱线浸渍时间为15 min、烘燥温度为170℃、烘燥时间为1 min条件下,为使工艺简便,纱线浸渍温度选择20℃时,棉纱具有较好的阻燃性能。
With DM-3070 as flame retardant, the effect of flame retardant concentration, yarn dipping time, yarn dipping temperature and drying temperature on flame retardant property of cotton yarn was investigated. When yarn dipping time for 5 min, yarn dipping temperature for 20 ℃, drying temperature of 150 ℃ and flame retardant concentration for 200 g/L, the flame retardant property of cotton yarn is good. When flame retardant concentration for 200 g/L, yarn dipping time for 5 min, yarn dipping temperature for 20 ℃ and drying temperature for 170 ℃ ( time for 1 min) , the flame retardant property of cotton yarn is good. When flame retardant concentration for 200 g/L, yarn dipping temperature for 20 ℃, drying temperature for 170 ℃ (time for 1 min) and yarn dipping time for 15 min, the flame retardant property of cotton yarn is good. When flame retardant concentration for 200 g/L, yarn dipping time for 15 min, drying temperature for 170 ℃ ( time for 1 min) and yarn dipping temperature for 20 ℃ ( room temperature) , the flame retardant property of cotton yarn is good.
