概述了牛仔布经纱上浆对原棉及纱线质量、整经质量、浆料及上浆工艺等的基本要求,探讨了牛仔布经纱上浆浆料配方优化和上浆工艺参数的合理设定,简要分析了影响牛仔布经纱上浆质量的因素。
This article briefly discussed about basic requirement for the quality of raw cotton, yarn , warp beam ,sizing material and technique while warp sizing for jeans, Basing on this , this article made a detailed analysis and discussion on key technology ＆ measure for warp sizing of jeans such as optimizing of sizing recipe, design of technical parameters and so on , in addition, analyzing some factors affecting warp sizing of jeans in brief so as to give some reference to workmates.
