摘要
总结牛仔用纱常用的弹力纤维和弹力牛仔织物的特点及其发展趋势。介绍了几种牛仔用纱常用弹力纤维的性能特点及使用情况,包括氨纶、T400、PTT等;根据使用原料、织造方式和弹性大小,分析了三类弹力牛仔织物的特点。认为:新型纤维在牛仔用纱中的广泛应用赋予了弹力牛仔织物新的功能;使用新型纱线促进了弹力牛仔织物质量的提升和产品的多样化;后整理技术的发展赋予了弹力牛仔织物全新的生命力;针织弹力牛仔织物发展迅速,将成为弹力牛仔织物中的新宠。
Properties and development trends of common elastic fiber and elastic denim fabric were summa rized. Properties and usage of several elastic fibers commonly used in denim yarns were introduced. The fibers were including spandex,T400 and PTT, The properties of three denim fabrics were analyzed according to raw ma terials,weaving methods and elasticity. It is considered that new functions of elastic denim fabric were given by wide application of new fibers in denim yarns. Quality improvement of elastic denim fabric and diversification of products were promoted by the using of new fibers. New vitality was given to elastic denim fabric by the develop ment of back finishing technology. Knitted elastic denim fabric were developed rapidly and could become the new favorite in elastic denim fabric.
