摘要
在不同pH值条件下,对氨纶弹力牛仔面料进行氯漂洗水实验,并测试洗后的漂白效果、弹性伸长率和弹性回复率.结果表明:pH值越低,漂白速度越快,效果越明显,但是漂白不均匀;随着漂白液的pH值的降低,氨纶弹力牛仔面料的弹性伸长率呈现下降的趋势;弹性回复率也随pH降低而减小,但是当pH小于3.98时,弹性回复率出现了一个不同程度上的增加,使得氨纶失去弹力;氨纶失弹的根本原因可能是氯水漂洗使聚氨酯大分子的软链段的C-C断裂而导致.同时探讨了3种解决氨纶牛仔面料失弹的方法.
Spandex denim was bleached in chlorine of different pH, and bleaching effect, elastic elongation and elastic re- covery rate, IR of spandex were tested. The results show that as pH value was reduced as bleaching rate was more quick, effect was more obvious, but the bleaching effect was not uniform ; elastic elongation and elastic re- covery rate of spandex denim was shown a downward trend when pH of chlorine water was lower, but when pH was less than 3.98, elastic recovery rate was increased in different degree ; C-C in soft segment of PU fractured by chlorine bleach, which is the cause that spandex loss elastic. And three methods which solved loss of spandex denim were investigated.
