患者的镇静状态对芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨患者的镇静状态对芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的影响。方法:择期全麻下行妇科手术患者120例,年龄28~55岁,体质量48~76 kg,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ。采用随机数字表法,将患者随机分为两组(n=60):对照组和镇静组。对照组患者不预注咪达唑仑,镇静组患者预注咪达唑仑并逐渐增加剂量使患者达到镇静与警觉评分(改良OAA/S评分)为3分的镇静状态。静脉注射芬太尼3μg/kg行麻醉诱导,注射时间2 s。记录芬太尼注射后1 min内呛咳反应的发生情况,并根据呛咳次数进行程度分级。结果:对照组和镇静组呛咳反应的发生率分别为75%(45/60)和70%(42/60),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和镇静组呛咳反应严重程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良OAA/S评分为3分的镇静状态对芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的发生无影响。 Objective: To investigate the effects of sedation on fentanyl-induced cough during anesthesia induction.Methods: One hundred and twenty ASA ⅠorⅡ patients,undergoing elective gynecological operations under general anesthesia,were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=60 each):control group and midazolam sedation group.Sedation group received iv injection of midazolam at 4 mg/kg initially and gradually increasing at 1 mg/kg per time until modified OAA/S scored 3.Results: The incidence of cough in control group and sedation group were 75%(45/60) and 70%(42/60)respectively and there was no significant difference(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of cough between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Sedation when modified OAA/S scored 3 has no effects on fentanyl-induced cough during anesthesia induction.
