摘要
文章分析了企业在顶岗实习中承担的成本与获得的收益,根据企业技术含量的不同找出各自参与顶岗实习的条件,再以政策法规的制定和职业院校培养学生质量的提高为路径,使企业参与顶岗实习的成本降到最低,吸引技术含量较高的企业积极参与顶岗实习,使职业院校的学生能够真正锻炼专业技能,实现职业教育顶岗实习的最终目标。
This paper analyzes the cost and benefit of enterprises to participate in post exercitation,finds the conditions of participation according to the technical level of enterprises,and takes the making of policies and laws and the improvement of cultivation quality of vocational colleges as the channels to reduce the cost of participation of enterprises in post exercitation to the bottom,and attract the enterprises with high technical level to participate positively,so that the students of vocational college can exercise their professional skills truly,and realize the final objective of post exercitation.
