摘要
10年来高职教育得到了迅猛发展，但同时也出现了办学资源不足等问题，在这种背景下，校企合作就成为了保证高职教学质量的重要手段。然而，目前在校企合作方面明显呈现出“校热企冷”的局面。从经济学的视角来看，企业之所以缺乏与高职院校合作的积极性，在于收益有限而成本过高，因此，学校和企业在校企合作上是激励不相容的。要想推动高职教育的校企合作，必须在增加企业收益的同时降低企业成本。
Higher vocational colleges have got rapid development forlO years, but meanwhile, there are some problems, such as insuf- ficient resources for running, so the school- enterprise cooperation will become a guarantee of the quality of higher vocational colleges. However, the enterprises don＇ t focus on the school- enterprise cooperation while the colleges take positive measures to promote it. From the perspective of economics, the reason for enterprises lack of enthusiasm is that income is limited and cost high. Therefore, it is incompatible on the different goal between the colleges and enterprises. The paper puts forward the idea that we must increase in business income and reduce the cost to prornote the school - enterprise cooperation.
