摘要
企业参与职业教育是基于成本收益考量后的决策行为,本文在对企业参与职业教育参与成本与收益分析基础上,比较分析德国、澳大利亚与我国企业参与职业教育的成本与收益,提出要提高我国企业参与职业教育的积极性,必须规范参与成本、提高参与收益,密切校企合作双方关系,建立多方共赢的企业参与机制。
Enterprises participating in higher vocational education is based on cost and benefit consideration. This paper compared the costs and benefits of enterprises participating in the vocational education from Germany, Australia and China. Results shows that in order to encourage the participation of Chinese enterprises in the vocational education, the costs should be regulated, the benefits should be raised, cooperation between school and enterprises should be enhanced, and win-win mechanism should be established.
