摘要
职业培训合作是实施京津冀协同发展战略的一项基础工程。相关统计年鉴2007～2012年数据表明，京津冀三地职业培训资源及其利用状况存在较大差异，有着明显的合作需求。实现京津冀职业培训合作，可采取组建职业培训集团、成立职业培训联盟、发展社区学院、融入职教园区以及实施类产业化经营、连锁经营等合作模式，运用政府调控、市场调节以及综合推动等促进机制。
Cooperation of vocational training is a foundational project to implement the collaborative development strategy among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The data of related statistical yearbook from 2007 to 2012 showed that the vocational training resources and the utilization status significantly varied among the three areas, lading the basis of cooperation. To realize the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational training cooperation, the cooperative mode involving forming vocational training groups, establishing vocational training alliances, developing community colleges, integrating into vocational education zones and implementing industrialization-like operation and chain operation as well as the promoting mechanism covering government regulation, market regulation and comprehensive promotion should be taken.
