摘要
新农人作为引领新农民、发展新农村、托起新农业的生力军,在创新创业过程中需要具备复制思维与借助平台、主动跨界与合作创新、善于学习与勇于行动的能力。因此,在互联网思维下开展新农人"双创"培训在机制、体系、内容和形式上就必须有所创新,并总结培训实践中的做法和经验。
As a leading player in the new countryside for new agricultural development, new farmers need to have Internet thinking and make use of the platform, conduct cross-border cooperation and innovation and be good at learning and taking bold actions. Thus, the training of new farmers under the Intemet thinking must be innovative in terms of mechanism, system, content and form. It should learn from the practices and experiences in practical training.
