摘要
情事变更原则是现行统一合同法新设原则 ,但只在《合同法》中有少数几条特别规定 ,无一般性规定 ,形成新的法律漏洞。本文试就新的法律漏洞加以剖析 。
Principle of situational change is a newly-established principle of the current unified contract law. In the contract law, there are only few special but no general regulations, which leaves loopholes in the new law. This article analyses the new law loopholes and put forward legal measures for them.
