摘要
本文简述了网络知识产权的概念与特点,介绍了国外网络信息知识产权保护方面的经验和做法,以及目前我国网络信息转载所面临的知识产权问题,同时从法律范畴探讨了问题产生的原因及解决问题、弥补漏洞的对策。
A neat description of definition and characteristic of network intellectual property right was given in this ar- ticle. Some experiences and managements of network intellectual property right protection in foreign countries, and the prob- lem of intellectual property right of network information reprint in China were introduced. Based on that, from the point of law, reasons of problem appearance and settlement suggestions for questions were discussed.
