摘要
目的研究水药骂广瓦的镇痛抗炎作用。方法通过醋酸诱发小鼠扭体及热板法致痛、二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀实验,比较分析生理盐水组(空白对照组)、阿司匹林组(阳性对照组)、骂广瓦0.84g/kg组(Ⅰ组)、0.42g/kg组(Ⅱ组)、0.21g/kg组(Ⅲ组)的镇痛抗炎效果。结果阳性对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的扭体潜伏期均较空白对照组明显延长(P<0.05),与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的扭体次数也均明显减少(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的扭体潜伏期、扭体次数与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药前各组小鼠的痛阈值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后30、60、90、120min,阳性对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的痛阈值均较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.05),同时,Ⅰ组的痛阈值与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅲ组的痛阈值与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的右耳质量显著降低(P<0.05),并且阳性对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的肿胀度也显著降低(P<0.05),而Ⅰ组的右耳质量和肿胀度与阳性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅲ组的右耳质量及肿胀度与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水药骂广瓦具有较强的镇痛抗炎作用,且作用呈一定的量效关系。
Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa.Methods Acetic acid-provoked writhing and hot plate provocation of pain were adopted to observe the analgesic effect of Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa,and xylene-induced ear swelling was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa There were five experimental groups,i.e.,the blank control group,the aspirin group（positive control）,the 0.84g/kg Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa group（groupⅠ）,the 0.42g/kg Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa group（groupⅡ）,and the 0.21g/kg Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa group（groupⅢ）.Results The writhing latency increased significantly and the writhing frequency decreased significantly in the positive control group,groupⅠand groupⅡ,when compared with the blank control group（P0.05）.The writhing latency and frequency differed insignificantly between groupⅢand the blank control group（P0.05）.Before medication the pain threshold of mice in each group differed insignificantly（P0.05）.At 30min,60min,90min and 120min after medication,the pain threshold increased significantly in the positive control group,groupⅠ,and groupⅡ,when compared to the blank control group（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the pain threshold differed insignificantly between groupⅠand the positive control group（P 0.05）,or between groupⅢand the blank control group（P0.05）.When compared with the blank control group,the right ear mass and degree of swelling decreased significantly in the positive control group,group I and group Ⅱ（P0.05）.However,the right ear mass and degree of swelling differed insignificantly between groupⅠand the positive control group（P0.05）,or between groupⅢand the blank control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shui ethnic medicine Maguangwa exhibits potent analgesic and antiinflammatory effects in a dose-dependent manner.
