摘要 提出基于霍尔元件的钢丝绳漏磁场数值模拟分析,研究钢丝绳多励磁磁化回路漏磁场特征,分析霍尔元件的布置规律。结果表明:要得到较大的霍尔元件感应电压信号,在一定条件下,霍尔元件应尽可能靠近钢丝绳布置;钢丝绳损伤漏磁场信号主要分布在轴向方向,径向方向漏磁很少,要获得较好的检测效果,霍尔元件感应面应该垂直于钢丝绳轴向方向布置。 This paper proposed the numerical simulation analysis of wire rope magnetic leakage field Base on Hall elements.The leakage magnetic field of multiple excitation magnetic circuit is studied.The arrangement rule of Hall element is analyzed.The results show that: to get a larger sense voltage signal from Hall element,under certain conditions,the Hall components should be as close as possible to the steel wire rope damage;The magnetic leakage field signal is mainly distributed in the axial direction,and magnetic leakage of radial direction is rare.To obtain a better detecting effect,Hall element senses surface should be perpendicular to the axis direction of wire rope.
