基于最小二乘法的钢丝绳断丝定量检测技术研究 被引量:8

Research on quantitative detection technique based on least square method for rope wire breaking problem

摘要 漏磁检测是钢丝绳无损检测中的一种重要方式,传统的钢丝绳漏磁检测系统存在的问题主要表现在检测精度低,检测信号的处理方式简单。采用高灵敏的霍尔元件检测断丝漏磁信号,通过现代数字信号处理技术对断丝漏磁信号进行处理,研究选取峰-峰值与波宽作为钢丝绳断丝损伤信号特征量,运用基于最小二乘法的曲线拟合算法对断丝检测信号进行定量分析。试验表明,该断丝信号处理技术对断丝达到了较好的准判率,取得了较明显的效果,在实际应用中有较强的可行性。 Magnetic flux leakage testing is a main method of nondestructive test of wire rope. The problems of traditional magnetic flux leakage testing system of wire ropes are mainly low in accuracy and too simple in signal processing. Highly sensitive Hall element is used for detecting the magnetic flux leakage signal of rope wire fracture, and as well the modern digital signal processing technique is used for processing the magnetic flux leakage signal of wire fracture. Peak-Peak value and band width of signal are select as the signal eigenvalue of wire fracture, and the least squares curve fitting is used for quantificationally analyzing the signal of leakage magnetic field for fractured wires. The results of series of tests reaches a required accuracy of wire fracture of ropes. So it is proved that this processing approach is feasible in the practical application.
