摘要
针对目前钢丝绳检测中容易出现的误判、漏检等缺陷,采用双励磁回路、霍尔元件阵列组成双检测环,捕获钢丝绳三维漏磁缺陷信息等方法,设计了一种钢丝绳无损探伤传感器,较为详细地阐述了其原理、结构及参数优化方式。实际应用表明:该传感器运行稳定可靠、断丝分辨力高、能适应矿山不同种类的钢丝绳无损检测要求。
In the view of the misdetection existed in current testing apparatus for steel wire ropes,a new method of two excitation magnetic circuits and double-detecting Hall element arrays is presented,with which three-dimensional flux leakage information around wire rope is acquired.A nondestructive detection sensor is designed by this method.The sensor's principle,structure and parameter optimization are discussed in detail.The actual application results show that the sensor is stable,reliable and high resolution.It can meet detecting demands for different mine hoisting wire ropes.
