摘要
本文介绍了一种基于图像处理的电梯钢丝绳检测系统,其组成部分有CCD工业摄像头、图像采集模块、数据传输模块以及上位机。系统硬件设计上通过以DSP芯片为核心,实现对电梯钢丝绳图像的采集与传输功能;并结合图像处理技术,采用Visual C++设计上位机软件,完成对电梯钢丝绳图像的缺陷判断。本系统实现了实时、准确的钢丝绳缺陷识别,解决了原来人工检测中效率低、漏检多等问题,而且结构简单,成本较低,操作简便。
This paper introduces a detection system for elevator wire rope based on image processing, it consists of the CCD camera, image acquisition module, industrial data transmission module, and the personal computer. The hardware of system which designed with DSP as the core realizes collection and transmission of the elevator wire rope image. The software of system which compiled with Visual C++ involves image processing technology, it completed the recognition in defects of elevator wire rope image. This system realizes the real-time and accurate rope defects. It solves the problem of low efficiency and miss-targets in artificial detection. And it has simple structure, low cost and easy operation.
