摘要 针对电梯多条钢丝绳受力不均衡导致的电梯钢丝绳及曳引轮磨损过快的现象,采用基于ARM9的S3C2410A处理器设计了基于双通道全桥应变检测电路的钢丝绳受力均衡性检测系统,详细分析了系统的检测原理、硬件结构及软件设计方案。实验证明,该系统检测准确可靠,为电梯维护保养和安装单位和电梯检验部门调节和检测钢丝绳受力均衡性提供了可靠便捷的解决方案。 The elevator wire rope and tractive sheave always wear too fast, because of unbalanced force between the elevator wire ropes. Aimed at this phenomenon, a new detection system which is based on the whole bridge strain detection circuit with double channel is designed by using S3C2410A CPU based on ARM9. And this paper detailedly analyzes the system detection principle, hardware structure and software design. Finally the experiment proved the accuracy and reliable of this system. This design provides a reliable and convenient solution for the company of elevator maintenance and installation and the elevator inspection institution to detect the force balance of the elevator wire ropes.
