摘要
钢丝绳被广泛地应用于工程应用领域中,其中最重要的是钢丝绳的安全性问题。利用探伤传感器、采集卡搭建数据采集系统,通过研究与分析LF型和LMA型探伤传感器采集的数据,建立了钢丝绳远程检测监控系统的软件模型,并实现了基于GPRS的故障报警。工程实践证明,该系统是实用有效的。
The steel cable is widely used in fields of technical application where its security is most emphasized. The detection sensors and the data acquisition card are used to construct the acquisition system. By studying and analyzing the data from detecting sensor of Localized Fault and Loss of Metallic Cross-sectional Area, the new software model is designed for the remote detecting and monitoring system of steel cable. And fault alarm system based on GPRS is carried out. It shows that the system runs efficiently and accurately in practice.
