摘要
对Q345B热轧板进行了退火处理,研究其在不同退火条件下的组织及力学性能演变规律。结果表明,退火温度在550℃左右时,铁素体发生再结晶,同时珠光体中开始分解出保留珠光体分布规律与特征的渗碳体组织;温度在600℃左右时完成再结晶。随着退火温度的升高,Q345B钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,在500-640℃温度区间内,强度降低速度较快,伸长率则随着退火温度的升高逐渐增大。继续增大退火温度时,力学性能变化较小。
Annealing treatment was carried on Q345B hot rolled steel sheet to investigate its microstructure and properties under different annealing conditions. The results show that re-crystallization of ferrite occurs at about 550 ℃, at the same time cementite decomposes from pearlite and retain the distribution feature of pearlite. And the re-crystallization finish at about 600 ℃. With the increase of temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of Q345B decrease gradually and rapidly decrease at a temperature range from 500℃ to 640 ℃. While the elongation increases gradually with the increase of temperatue. And the mechanical properties almost do not change with the further increase of temperature.
