摘要
在不同结晶条件下对B170P冷轧钢板进行退火处理,观察在退火过程中其微观组织变化情况,得到其最佳的再结晶退火工艺。通过建立B170P冷轧钢板组织转变的数学模型,对其退火组织进行预测,从而对实际生产过程中B170P冷轧钢板的退火工艺提供一定的指导作用。
The automobile cold rolled sheet of B170P steel was anneal-treated, its microstructure in annealing process was be observed, and the best recrystallization annealing process was obtained. Through establishing the mathematical model of microstructure change of B170P cold rolled steel sheet, the annealing microstructure was predicted to guide the annealing process of B 170P cold rolled steel in the actual production process.
