摘要
B280VK是一种汽车结构用钢。在开发过程中首先对工艺流程、力学性能、成分选择进行了设计,通过试验模拟热轧工艺参数和罩式退火炉退火温度,并在生产线上对退火温度进行优化,最终确认了B280VK的生产工艺。
B280VK is kind of automobile structure steel. First, the technological flow and mechaical performance and chemical composition were designed for B280VK during development. Hot rolling technological parameter and anneal fur- nace with cover anneal temperature were studied through simulate experiments, annealing temperature were optimized in product line. Product technology of B280VK was determined.
