摘要
采用不同工艺对掺钒AZ91系镁合金进行热处理,研究了热处理工艺对其力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,热处理可以明显提高掺钒AZ91系镁合金的力学性能和耐磨性能。分级均匀化热处理可使掺钒AZ91系镁合金室温抗拉强度提高21 MPa,磨损体积减少80.30%。
The effects of heat treatment on mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy were studied by differrent heat treatment technology. The results show that the mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy are improved obviously after heat treatment. The tensile strength is increased by 21 MPa and the wear volume is decreased by 80.30% at room temperature after grading homogenization heat treatment.
