摘要
钢渣罐用于存放高温熔融钢渣。焊接型钢渣罐由于出现和使用较晚,其高温强度和耐久性还未得到验证。为研究其温度和应力应变等性能,进行了仿真分析。考虑热物性参数和力学性能参数随温度的变化规律,建立了钢渣罐三维瞬态热弹塑性仿真模型。对缓冷过程钢渣罐的温度场进行了分析,对罐体和纵横加劲肋等典型部位的应力和塑性应变也进行了分析。
Steel slag pots are adopted to store melting steel slag. Because of their new appearance and usage,some abilities of welding steel slag pots are not validated,for example,high-temperature resistance and duration. In this article,numerical simulation is carried out to explore the thermal,stress and strain performance of weld steel slag pots. The thermo-physical and mechanical parameters,which vary with the temperature,are taken into consideration to model the 3D thermo-elastic-plastic behaviors of slag pots. The temperature filed is computed during the slow-cooling process. The stress and plastic strain of typical positions of slag pots are also analyzed,for example,the base metal and the horizontal-longitudinal reinforcing rib.
