摘要
企业现代化是中国企业进步的必由之路,中小企业的现代化进程将对整个中国企业现代化格局产生不可忽略的影响。中小企业现代化进程的瓶颈之一就是员工福利配置,如何科学配置员工福利成为中小企业面临的难题。科学配置中小企业员工福利能帮助中小企业实现战略目标、提高激励效率、培养积极的团队、提高员工生活质量和工作满意度、建设积极的文化氛围和增强企业成本优势。因此,中小企业应该重视法定福利,合理设计非法定福利;采取弹性福利制度,满足员工的差异化需求;加强福利沟通,提高员工的参与度;尝试"软福利"和提高"防范意识"。
Enterprise modernization is the only way for Chinese enterprises to make progress.Modernization of SMEs throughout the Chinese enterprise modernization process will generate non-negligible impact on the pattern.One of the bottlenecks in the process of modernization of SMEs is related to employees.How to give scientific allocation of benefits to employees is the problem SMEs are facing.Scientific allocation of benefits can not only help SMEs to realize their strategic goals,improve encouraging efficiency,develop energetic team,improve employees' living quality,enhance their working satisfactory,but also can help to establish positive cultural atmosphere,and strengthen the superiority on cost saving.Hence,SMEs should pay more attention to statutory benefits,and design non-statutory welfare rationally.In the meanwhile,SMEs should adopt flexible benefit system to meet different demand of staff,strengthen communication on staff welfare,and increase staff involvement.What's more,SMEs should give a try on "soft benefits",and improve "preventive consciousness".
