摘要
本文针对企业员工福利中存在的“平均主义”、“整齐划一”,缺乏“多样化、多层次”等问题,提出了进行福利设计应该注意的五个方面,以期充分发挥员工福利的激励功能。
This article analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise' s staff welfare, such as "equalitarianism", "uniform", lacking of "variety and multilevel" etc. It puts forward five aspects which the staff welfare design should pay attention to. The aim is to play its encouragement role.
