摘要
高职教育不仅要培养社会急需急用的实用型人才,更要着眼培养能适应社会变化、具有一定的可持续发展能力的高端技能型人才。本文以高职煤化工专业为例,以培养学生具备多种能力为出发点,对专业多证书目标指导下的学生职业能力的培养模式进行了探讨。即以学历证、行业通用资格证、职业技能资格证为指导进行教学改革,构建系统化的课程体系、探究新型教学模式、建设双师型的教学团队、改革质量评价体系,最终达到提高学生职业能力的目的。
Higher vocational education should not only cultivate the practical talents society needed urgently,but also focus on training the advanced technical talents who can adapt to social changes and possess certain abilities of sustainable development,which is the basic requirement of talents cultivation in higher vocational education.Taking the higher vocational coal chemical engineering specialty as an example and the training of students to possess various abilities as the start point,this paper discusses about the training modes of students＇ occupation ability under the guidance multiple certificate objectives.With the academic diploma,industry qualification certificate,and occupational qualification certificate as a guide for teaching reform,we can build up the curriculum system,explore the new teaching mode,construct double-typed teaching staff,reform quality evaluation system,and realize the ultimate goal of improving students＇ occupation ability.
