摘要
本文围绕高职院校的办学特色，依据陕工职院在全面深入开展学生职业技能竞赛方面取得的经验，进行研究探讨，得出的结论具有较强的可操作性。
Focusing on the feature of higher vocational colleges, by the Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute＇s experience in carrying out stu- dents＇ professional skills contest, this paper discusses and explores the way to improve students＇ employment competence. Finally, the paper finds the feasible methods.
