摘要
十八大报告指出,要推动高等教育内涵式发展,积极发展继续教育,完善终身教育体系。开放教育机构是终身教育体系的主要承载者,学分银行是终身教育体系的主要运行方式,如何将两者有机结合是完善终身教育体系的重要命题。首先应从开放教育机构建设学分银行的可行性分析入手,其次对建设路径做出系统分析,最后针对国家开放大学的转型,提出构建国家开放大学学分银行模式的三大实现形式。
The report of Eighteenth National Congress points out that we should accelerate the development of modern vocational education, and achieve the further development of higher education. From this point of view, it is necessary and urgent to make active and further development of the continuing education, to improve the system performance of lifelong education, and to build a learning society. Evidently, open education institution is a key functional department and credit bank is a feasible and practical scheme to develop lifelong education and how to combine the open education institution and the credit bank is an important issue. In this paper, we studied the feasibility that open education institutions could set up credit bank. Finally, several suggestions are made.
