摘要
分析地方高等院校面临的新的发展机遇与挑战,结合制定新时期的发展战略规划,从顶层设计、路径设计、动力设计三个方面探讨地方高等院校的发展战略及特征。
The new developing chances and challenges that the provincial institutions are faced with are discussed. With the consideration of the developing plan in the new era,the developing strategies and characteristics of provincial institutions are analyzed from three aspects：upper level design, path design,dynamic design.
