摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 90例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为3组,每组30例。Ⅰ组患者给予复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,Ⅱ组患者给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗,Ⅲ组患者给予复方甘草酸苷注射液和多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液联合治疗,疗程均为30 d。治疗前后检测3组患者外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和总胆红素(TB)水平及血浆白蛋白和球蛋白的比值(A/G),并进行比较。结果治疗前3组患者血清TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后血清TNF-α水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组患者血清TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后Ⅲ组患者血清TNF-α水平显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗前血清ALT和TB水平及A/G比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后血清ALT和TB水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),3组患者治疗后A/G显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组患者血清ALT和TB水平及A/G比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后Ⅲ组患者血清ALT和TB水平显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);治疗后Ⅲ组患者A/G显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎可显著改善患者血清TNF-α水平和肝功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with polyene phosphatidyl- choline injeetion for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into three groups,30 patients in each group. The patients in group I were treated with compound glyeyrrhizin in- jection,the patients in group Ⅱ were treated with polyene phosphatidyleholine injection,and the patients in group m were trea- ted with compound glycyrrhizin injection and polyene phosphatidylcholine injection;the course of treatment was 30 days. The levels of serum tumm" necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) , alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , total bilirubin (TB)and the ratio of plasma albumin and globulin (A/G) were detected and compared in the three groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the level of TNF-α among the three groups before treatment ( P 〉 0.05). The level of TNF-α after treat- ment was significantly lower than that before treatment in the three groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of TNF-ct between group I and group ]] ( P 〉 0.05 ) , the level of TNF-c~ in group m was significantly lower than that in group I and group l] ( P 〈 0.05 ). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in ALT, TB levels and A/G among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The serum levels of ALT and TB after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the three groups (P 〈 0.05 ), but the A/G after treatment was significantly higher than that before treat- ment in the three groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, there was no significant difference in ALT, TB levels and A/G between group I and group Ⅱ(P 〉0.05) ,the serum levels of ALT and TB in group Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in group I and group Ⅱ( P 〈 0.05 ),the A/G in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in gr
