摘要
目的测定2型糖尿病患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1水平的变化。方法分别测定31例2型糖尿病A组(病程小于或等于1年)和55例B组(病程大于1年)及健康对照组(C组)45例的血浆IGF-1水平,并作3组间的统计学比较。结果 A组和B组的血浆IGF-1水平均明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B组血浆IGF-1水平又明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1水平下降,而随着病程的延长血浆IGF-1水平降低得更明显。
Objective To test plasma insulin-like growth factor I（IGF-1） leve and to discuss the change of plasma IGF 1 level in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Plasma IGF 1 level were determined in type 2 diabetes mellitus group A（n= 31, quartile of 1 year）, group 13 （n = 55,eourse〉 1 year）, and normal control group（n= 45）. The statistical comparison was done among the three groups. Results The plasma IGF 1 level in type 2 diabetes group A and group 13 were significantly lower than that in normal con- trol group（P〈0.05） ,and the plasma IGF 1 level in group 13 was significantly lower than that in group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma IGF 1 level decreases in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it reduces increasingly along with the extension of course.
