Changes of Plasma Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 in Patients with Different Risks of Diabetic Foot Ulcers and Their Significance

摘要 目的探讨不同程度糖尿病足溃疡风险患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的变化及其意义。方法 选取2型糖尿病患者126例,其中糖尿病足溃疡高度风险组25例,中度风险组32例,轻度风险组30例,无风险组39例,另设正常对照组20例,测定临床生化指标及血浆IGF-1水平。结果糖尿病各组血浆IGF-1水平均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病足溃疡高度风险组患者血浆IGF-1水平明显低于轻度风险组及无风险组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆IGF-1水平与病程、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24 h尿蛋白定量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1水平下降可能与糖尿病足溃疡风险增加有重要关联。 Objective To explore the changes of insulin like growth factor 1(IGF-1) in patients with different risks of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods The clinical biochemical indices and plasma IGF-1 levels were determined in 126 diabetic patients divided into groups high-risk(n=25),moderate-risk(n=32),mild-risk(n=30),non-risk(n=39),and in control group(n=20). Results The levels of plasma IGF-1 were significantly lower in diabetic groups than in control group(P〈0.05),and in high-risk group than in groups mild-risk and non-risk(P〈0.05).Plasma IGF-1 was negatively correlated with courses of diseases,HbA1c,24 h urine protein excretion(P〈0.05). Conclusion The decrease of plasma IGF-1 may increase the risk of diabetic foot ulcer.
