摘要
通过介绍利用微波技术研制膨胀煤矸石硅酸盐水泥的试验方法和步骤,并根据物理试验、力学试验和扫描电镜(SEM)的测试结果,分析了微波烧结未燃高岭质煤矸石混合料的机理,获得了微波活化矿物粉与硅酸盐水泥熟料中的成分在水化时产生了体积粗大的片状晶体的结论,并初步推测其晶体应为Al、Si、O的产物.这一试验结果的获得为开发新型硅酸盐膨胀水泥使未燃高岭质煤矸石成为优质的水泥辅助性胶凝组分提供了一条新思路.
This paper introduce methods and steps about development expansive coal gangue portland cement by microwave technology.According to result of physical test,mechanical test and scanning electron microscope observation,the authors analyzed different points from conventional sintering and microwave irradiation to unburned kaolinite coal gangue mixture,and also sketched out mechanism that there were bigger volume flaky crystal during hydration of microwave activation coal gangue mineral powder and cement clinker,and considered that crystals were Al,Si,O and so on element’s products with EDAX figure.In a word,this paper give a new idea that microwave irradiation unburned kaolinite coal gangue could product a new expansive portland cement.
