摘要
本文采用不同温度煅烧方法激活煤矸石 ,并对其活化机理和水化过程进行系统探讨。为了更深入地了解煤矸石的煅烧活化情况 ,采用X射线、甘油 无水乙醇法、扫描电镜等分析方法 ,并对煤矸石复合水泥的力学性能加以分析。结果表明 :在一定烧成温度范围内的热处理下 ,煤矸石的矿物组分和微观结构发生较大的变化 ,从而活性明显得到改善。
In this paper,coal gangue was activated through calcinations at different temperatures, and the systematic research was carried out about the activation mechanism and the hydration course. XRD analysis , glycerin-ethanol law and SEM were set out to make more clear about the activation process of calcined coal gangue. In addition , the mechanical property of coal gangue cement was analyzed. It can be proved that as to heat treatment in the range of calcination temperatures, mineral composing and microstruture of coal gangue took large changes, so activation property was improved obviously.
