摘要
通过对云南省煤系高岭岩化学成分的确定和对煤系高岭岩粉料在传统烧结过程中的行为分析,提出了利用微波辐照技术烧结云南煤系高岭岩。研究表明:微波辐照可减少煤系高岭岩原料的细粉碎时间和降低磨细煤系高岭岩的强度,从而减少长期运行费用;当微波辐照时间达到8.00 min时,可去除煤系高岭岩粉料中的固定碳、煤屑、植物化石碳膜、碳氢化合物中的碳质,且不会破坏高岭土的晶体结构;微波辐照无二次污染。
The paper comes up with the microwave radiation technique of Yunnan coal kaolin sintering through identifying its chemical compositions and analyzing traditional sintering process of coal kaolin fines. The study results show that the microwave radiation can reduce grinding time and strength of raw coal kaolin, thereby lowering the long-term operation cost. When the microwave radiation time in-creases to 8 min, carbon, coal scraps, carbohydrate's carbon, plant fossil coal film can be eliminated without damage to kaolin' s crystal structures and secondary pollution caused.
