摘要
目的:建立款冬花的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱,为款冬花的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用未涂层毛细管柱(75μm×57 cm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,以30 mmol.L-1硼砂(含甲醇25%,pH 8.8)溶液为背景电解质,分离电压20 kV,检测波长214 nm,柱温25℃。结果:测定了15批款冬花药材的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,确定了26个共有峰并指认了6个峰。结论:该方法操作简单、准确可靠,为科学评价款冬花药材的质量提供依据。
Objective: To develop high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) fingerprints of Flos Farfarae and to provide the scientific basis for quality control of it.Method: Electrophoresis was performed on a 75 μm × 57 cm(effective length is 50 cm) fused silica capillary.30 mmol.L-1 sodium borate contained 25% methanol adjusted to pH 8.8 was applied as the background electrolyte.The running voltage was 20 kV,the detection wavelength was at 214 nm and the temperature was kept at 25 ℃.Result: The HPCE fingerprint established from the 15 batches of the Flos Farfarae showed 26 characteristic common peaks,among which 6 peaks were recognized.Conclusion: The method is reliable,accurate,simple and quick.It provides a reliable method for the scientific quality evaluation of Flos Farfarae.
