枇杷叶药材高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立中药枇杷叶的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱。方法:采用正丁醇超声提取法制备品种、批次不同的枇杷叶供试液,以熊果酸对照品为内参考物,运用高效毛细管区带电泳法测定指纹图谱,并用相似度评价软件分析其相似度。结果:所测定的13个品种枇杷叶样品,其指纹图谱相似度0.9以上有11个,0.9~0.8之间1个,0.8~0.7之间1个,指纹图谱整体面貌基本一致的。结论:所建立的枇杷叶高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱稳定、可靠,可作为枇杷叶的特征指纹图谱,为枇杷叶的定性鉴别及药材内在质量评价提供了新的参考依据。 Objective:To establish the fingerprint spectrum of loquat leaf by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). Methods:Loquat leaf testing solution of different species and batches was got by n-butanol ultrasound with ursolic acid as control. Then the fingerprint was detected by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)and its similarity was analyzed by Similar Evaluated Software. Results:The similarity of the 11 fingerprint out of the 13 loquat leaf samples were above 0.9 ,one was within 0.9-0.8 ,one was within 0.8-0.7. The fingerprint was generally constant. Conclusion :Stable and reliable, HPCE fingerprint spectrum could be regarded as fingerprint spectrum and further offer a new identificaiton and evaluation for the qualitation and quality for loquat leaf.
