摘要
以国家女子马拉松集训队的6名运动员为研究对象,对高原训练前后运动员的专项运动能力、身体机能等评定指标进行了系统检测和比较分析.结果表明,运动员的血红蛋白值出现先升高后下降,之后逐渐升高的现象,CK指标存在个体差异,在高原的第3周全队的平均值最高,BUN指标在高原训练期间比平原略高;30km长距离跑和5km×6间歇跑训练成绩和训练后的即刻乳酸值相结合是一种较好评估高原训练效果的方法.
This study investigated the specific athletic performance and physical function of 6 athletes in National Woman Marathon Team before,and after altitude training.By a systematic inspection and comparison on these data,the results showed that the altitude training has a certain extent influence on the wonman marathon athletes’ stimulation,and the athletes can adapt to altitude training.The athletes’ hemoglobin values increased first,decreased later,then increased gradually.There are individual differences in blood CK target,and in the third week there was the highest average value in the team.During altitude training,BUN target was also slightly higher than that in the plain.The analysis on the evements of 30 km long distance race and 5 km×6 interval running and the values immediate lactic acid after training,is a good way to appraise the effects of altitude training.
